Alessandra Mora introduces Fresche Idee to Fresh Point Magazine
From Fruit Logistica, Alessandra Mora, project manager #FrescoBreak, speaks to the microphones of Fresh Point Magazine about the new healthy products branded Fresh Ideas, obtained thanks to the treatment in #hpp, which preserves organoleptic properties and increases shelf-life.

Each Fresche Idee product is treated with HPP technology, High Pressure Processing, the High Pressure process also called “cold pasteurization” that packs food to hydrostatic pressures thousands of times higher than atmospheric pressure (up to 6,000 bar).
In this way, without thermal input, microorganisms in both solid and liquid foods are inactivated in order to make the products stable longer, storable and safe.
